Arrival and Departure Information
At UrbiStay, we aim to make your stay as seamless as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our arrival and departure times:
Arrival (Check-In):
Standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 5:00 PM without additional arrangements.
If you would like to check in before 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Early check-in before 3:00 PM is available for an additional charge and must be pre-arranged.
Departure (Check-Out):
Check-out time is strictly before 10:00 AM.
We kindly ask that all guests vacate the property by this time to allow us to prepare for the next arrivals.
